We manage a full range of buildings from small converted Victorian houses up to modern blocks with in excess of 100 units

The buildings under management range in size between converted Victoria houses with four units through to turn of the century and inter war mansion blocks and more modern purpose built blocks and estates of houses and flats with in excess of 100 units. The majority of buildings under management have between 6 and 40 units.


Day to day management matters are handled by experienced property managers under the guidance of a named Director. The managers are assisted by the administration and secretarial staff, accounts and building surveying departments.


Major works to buildings under management are handled by our building surveyors who will prepare specifications, obtain tenders and administer the contract works.


Our services are set out in our standard Property Management Agreement and include:

  • Preparation of Annual Budget
  • Collection of service charges and any arrears
  • All day to day management and accounting functions
  • Insurance
  • Major repair and redecoration contracts
  • Payroll and Staff administration
  • Year end accounts
  • Attendance at meetings

We have developed links with other complimentary professionals over the past including accountants, valuers, company secretaries, solicitors and engineers.
